Les groupes d\u2019aliments\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e0 courte dur\u00e9e de conservation \u2013 les\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">produits frais (l\u00e9gumes et fruits), les \u0153ufs et le lait frais<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0\u2013 sont\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">plus susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre touch\u00e9s par ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le ralentissement d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">es activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0va entra<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00ee<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ner un<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">e baisse de la<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0consommation de certains aliments en raison de la r\u00e9duction de la demande et du manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 travers les syst\u00e8mes de march\u00e9 formels.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">m\u00e9nages urbains<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0pourraient alors\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">souffrir d\u2019un manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une alimentation saine et nutritive<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Les\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">populations<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0pourraient alors \u00eatre affect\u00e9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">s \u00e0 un point de vente situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0de leur lieu de r\u00e9sidence<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Les m\u00e9nages recevraient des bons \u00e9lectroniques pour acheter quotidiennement des\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">produits alimentaires<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0frais et cuisin\u00e9s.
